Strawberry Smoothie just screams summer time! Here is a healthy spin off for a delicious summer treat.
1-2 cups strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup water (optional)
½ – 1 cup ice (optional)
You could also add in peanut butter for some extra protein and healthy fats or spinach or kale for an extra boost of vitamins! Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
